How are my tickets being delivered?
- Delivery options varies and are noted on the event listing and checkout page. If you are unsure of the delivery you can review at checkout and click “More Delivery Information”.
- Shipping times vary depending on the option you choose. If you select ‘Instant Download’ tickets in most cases, your eTickets will be ready to download and print within 20 minutes upon order confirmation. Physical tickets will be shipped directly from the seller. Receiving time varies based on availability and the expected ship date is noted at checkout. There’s a 100% Plug Guarantee that your tickets will arrive in time for the event.
Will our seats be located together?
- Yes, all seats are connected unless otherwise specified on the order.
I paid but don’t have my tickets. What’s going on?
- Tickets are guaranteed in time for the event. Once you have paid, your order will be confirmed and shipped based on the delivery & availability noted on your order.
Why is there someone else’s name on my ticket?
- It’s all good. Generally, the name printed on the tickets are from the original purchaser. You are buying tickets from Professional Ticket Plugs! The Ticket Plug.com is a resale marketplace that is made up of professional ticket sellers aka “Ticket Plugs”.
I hate searching for tickets. Can someone assist me in finding the best seats?
- Let one of our Ticket Plug™ Representatives assist you with buying tickets using our TicketFix™ service. This is a personal ticket buying service provided by The Ticket Plug™.
- When you place an order through this service, one of our Ticket Plug™ Representatives will send over pricing options for worldwide concerts, comedy shows, festivals, sports, and theatre events.
